Peewee AAA Crushers drop pair of home games

The Pictou County Peewee AAA Crushers hosted two league games this past weekend at the Pictou County Wellness Centre.

On Saturday afternoon, the Truro Bearcats came out on top with a 4-1 win, with Cole MacGillivray scoring the only goal of the game for Pictou County, with help from Lane Lochead.

Acadia dominated Sunday’s game in a 9-1 victory.

Cade Moser had the Crushers goal assisted by Ben Wallace.

The AAA squad will face the East Hants Penguins next Saturday at 4:30 p.m. in Trenton.
