PICTOU – The Peewee AAA Crushers hosted the Halifax Hawks Peewee AAA’s on March 2 at Hector Arena in Pictou.

In a very fast paced game the host Crushers beat the visiting Hawks 2-1. Scoring for the Crushers were Keegan Dalton and Caden Campbell with assists coming off the sticks of Landon Steele, Lane Sim and Clint MacLaughlin. Jorja Burrows and Alex Palmer were solid, splitting the game between the pipes in the win.

The Crushers next see action March 8–10 when they travel to Yarmouth to compete in the Nova Scotia Mainland League championships. They will be fighting to earn a spot to the provincial tournament, which will be held in Halifax later in the month.
