TRENTON, N.S. – The Trenton Steelers kept their unbeaten streak alive Monday, beating the Westville Miners 6-2.

The Steelers haven’t lost in 36 games this season (35-0-1).

Leading the Steelers was Ethan MacKay, with three goals, while Jake Maloney, Derrick MacKay and Tyson Bartoux added singles. Assists came from Ethan MacKay (2), Derrick MacKay (2), Brett Butler, Ross Swinamer and Bartoux.

Miners’ goals came from Nathaniel Horne and Liam Purvis, with assists from Logan MacKenzie and Patrick MacNeil.

The winning goalie was Caden MacDonald.
