Pictou County Taekwondo seeks new members

The three New Glasgow members train at the Eureka fire hall on Friday and Sunday nights, starting at 6 p.m. They are affiliated with Integrity martial arts in Sydney under the direction of Hall. Some of the skills learned are patterns, kicking drills, fighting drills and board breaking.
