NEW GLASGOW: Arctic chill gives way to milder air

The Jet Stream shifting north will put us on the milder side across much of Nova Scotia. Some messy weather can be expected for Saturday as a frontal trough swings across the Maritimes. Temperatures will be flirting with seasonal values over the next few days with a return to colder conditions as the new week progresses. Normal day time temperatures for this time of year are around the plus 2 degree mark. The winter season officially arrives next Friday, the 21st at 6:23 p.m. AT.
