Police have arrested a 32-year-old Stellarton man who they believe broke into a residence on MacLeod Road in Stellarton.
On Oct. 28, at approximately 7:30 p.m. the Stellarton Police Service received a call of a home invasion. The Stellarton Police Service with the assistance of the Westville Police Service responded and arrested a 32-year-old Stellarton man without incident.
The man is facing charges of: being disguised with the intent to commit an offence, breaking and entering into a residence with the intent to commit an offence, three counts of uttering threats to cause death, three counts of assault, failing to comply with a condition of his recognizance and a breach of probation.
Police said people inside the home suffered minor physical injuries.
